To Get Someone to Call You

Take a piece of parchment or fine quality writing paper and inscribe the name of the friend

or person you wish to hear from. Write it in a circle twice, so the ends meet. As you do this,

concentrate on the person's face and your desire that they call you. Then, while still

concentrating, put a needle through the center of the circle created by the name. Place the

charm by the phone. Concentrate on the person and meditate after.

It is said that the call will come within 5 minutes, 5 hours, or 5 days, depending on how well the spell was cast and how

much will power was used.

For an added boost trying using a spell binder. This is best used at the end of a spoken or written spell. This adds a certain

boost to the releasing of energy. It also works best if you are wearing a Pentagram or Pentacle you have attuned to

yourself. Speak these words with all the fibers of your body while releasing the spell's energy:

By the Pentagram /Pentacle I wear,

Water, Fire, Earth, and Air,

Ruled by Spirit as All should be

As I speak

So Mote It Be!

Cat Communication

If you want to be able to understand more than that "meow" out of your cat with your mortal ear, try this spell.

First get your cat to sit in front of you, COMPLETELY STILL! Next tap it three times between the ears to make extra sure

the spell works.

Then chant:

Tail of Rat

Wing of Bat

Allow this Cat to Chit Chat.

You might need to repeat this a couple of times, you're cat does not remain completely still.

Full Moon Communication Spell

The December Full Moon is in Gemini, which rules communication. Use this time to examine how you communicate with

others. What about your communication style would you like to change? Burn a pale blue or yellow candle. Write down

everything you know about your communication style. Use the energy of the candle to visualize how you would change the

way you relate to others. Work consciously on this for one week. Eventually, you will communicate more effectively, and

people will respond to you more favorably.

Protection From Torment & Slander

Time: Waning moon or Dark of the Moon. Use a dark altar, or an image of Hecate, Avenging Goddess, on your altar. Place

two candles on either side of the image. You will need a black candle, juice from a dieffenbachia plant (which numbs and

paralyzes the tongue if you get it in your mouth, so don't; you won't need much of it), and spider webs. Inscribe the black

candle with your enemy's name. Make your circle. Say the following

invocation:

Lady of Darkness,

Dark Isis of spells

Hecate, avenging Mother

Hear us and help us.

Roll the black candle in the juice of the dieffenbachia to stop the enemy from speaking evil about you or your loved ones.

Say:

Let the tongue of (name) be numb and powerless to speak the evil,

To speak the untrue.

Let his/her voice fail and throat close on the harmful words,

By the power of the Dark Lady.

Then roll the candle in spider webs. Say:

May (name) be caught and bound by the webs of his/her own deceit.

Then write the person's name on a piece of paper. Light the candle and say:

Here is (name), alone and helpless.

(Name), you are friendless.

Emptiness and failure close around you.

Your plans are as nothing.

Frustration is yours.

Trouble, doubt and fear are at your side.

Soon you will cease tormenting me (or name of person you're protecting).

Burn the paper in the flame of the black candle. Take it and the remnants of the candle after dark and sprinkle it before the

residence of your enemy, or where the enemy is certain to walk. Light a blue or white candle and burn calming or purifying

incense for peace.

Gossip Stopping Poppet

Using black felt, a needle and thread, and stuffing, make a simple poppet to represent the offender. Cut a slit into the fabric

for a mouth and stuff it well with slippery elm. Sew the mouth shut with a six-stranded piece of purple embroidery floss. As

you sew, say:

"Your mouth is closed. You cannot speak

To gossip, slander, or havoc reek.

Your mouth stay shut, but only 'til

It speaks of friendship and good will."

Place the poppet in a box. Stuff the box with paper to force the poppet's face into a corner. Leaving the poppet as such

removes the offender's urge to gossip.
