For the solitary practitioner, a book of shadows is a personal journal of rituals, chants, spells and other workings. There is no official or traditional Book of Shadows in existence.
Sacred Texts has a free Internet Book of Shadows for download in zip format. It is a *huge* file but well worth the look. You can download it here.
